Treadmill App provides virtual walking routes, route history, favorites, challenges, app points, and related account features.

You are responsible for using the app safely, paying attention to your surroundings, and following the instructions and safety guidance for any treadmill, walking pad, or fitness equipment you use.

Treadmill App is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional health, fitness, or safety guidance.

Stop using the app if you feel unsafe, dizzy, distracted, or unwell. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have health concerns.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, trial periods, and included features may change over time.

Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on the payment flow shown at purchase.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial walking and route exploration unless we give written permission for another use.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Treadmill App is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injuries or losses resulting from unsafe use of equipment or surroundings.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.
