Safety

Walk indoors with your real surroundings first.

Treadmill App is a visual companion for indoor walking. It does not replace your judgment, your equipment instructions, or professional medical advice.

Before You Walk

Set up before starting

Position your device securely, clear the floor area, keep water and cords out of the walking path, and know how to stop your treadmill or walking pad quickly.

Keep attention on your body

Start slowly, use handrails only as your equipment recommends, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, unsteady, distracted, short of breath, or unwell.

Do not chase the screen

Street View can turn, pause, skip coverage gaps, or load slowly. Match the app to your safe pace instead of changing your stride to follow the imagery.

Pause when inactive

If you switch tabs, background the app, or leave the main screen, Treadmill App pauses your walk so time and progress do not keep advancing while you are away.

Stop first, troubleshoot second.

If anything feels off, stop the treadmill or walking pad before checking the app, changing route controls, or adjusting your device.

Safety Reminders

Consult a qualified medical professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have health concerns, injuries, balance issues, pregnancy-related concerns, or medical restrictions.

Follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings for your treadmill, walking pad, desk setup, footwear, and device mount.

Use Treadmill App only where it is safe to walk indoors. Do not use it while driving, cycling, using outdoor paths, or doing anything that requires full attention elsewhere.

Children should not use the app or treadmill equipment without appropriate adult supervision.
